Enaga is updated continuously. Here are the highlights. Everything runs on your own computer.

v0.3.6 Table processing and safety October 2026

Attach a CSV or Excel file to a conversation to filter, sort, or summarize a table. The result is kept as an output and can be saved as a file. The table contents are not sent to the AI; the app does the calculations.
Enaga now uses a new AI model for searching your documents. After updating, go to Settings → “Environment”, press “Re-prepare the AI engine” to download the new model, then press “Repair” at the top of the screen to re-read your documents. Your original files, conversations, and outputs are kept. Attach files to earlier conversations again if you need them.
Speaker separation in meeting minutes on macOS is paused for now. Minutes are created from the transcript and summary.
Enaga no longer searches the web or reads pages from URLs in conversations. It answers only from the documents on your computer.
Fixed cases where “Stop” did not work, and where the index was removed when a source folder was unavailable (for example, an unplugged USB stick).
Improved safety, including verifying the AI engine’s files and confirming which process is answering. You can now turn off the update check at startup in Settings.

v0.3.5 Free import limit September 2026

The Free version now imports up to 100 files per folder, counting files inside subfolders. Files beyond the limit are shown as “Over Free limit” in the file list. Standard has no limit.
If Enaga starts as the Free version without you deactivating the license (for example, a USB stick plugged into another PC), your imported documents are kept.

v0.3.4 Report fixes August 2026

Fixed: asking “research this on the web and write a report” returned a summary of your imported documents instead of the web findings.
Fixed: simply disabling a source switched reports to the slow “summarize every document” mode.

v0.3.3 Links and citations August 2026

Fixed report requests ending in a plain reply, numbered lists collapsing into one paragraph, and citation numbers [1] that opened nothing.
Stronger safety checks when opening external links: links whose visible text differs from the destination, or that point inside your PC, are not opened.

When nothing in your documents matches, reports are now written from the conversation and the AI’s knowledge, with a clear note at the top that they are not based on your documents.
Fixed reports sometimes not appearing in the Outputs panel, and responses occasionally taking several minutes.

v0.3.1 Better minutes July 2026

iPhone Voice Memos (m4a) now work as-is for meeting minutes — no conversion needed.
New custom dictionary for audio (Settings → Audio & minutes): register company and product names so they are transcribed correctly. Filler words ("um", "uh") are removed automatically (can be turned off).
Transcription on Mac is much faster (GPU-accelerated), with a desktop notification when it finishes.

v0.3.0 File actions July 2026

Ask about the files in a folder, right in the chat — "How many invoices?", "List just the PDFs." Enaga looks through subfolders automatically to answer.
Read a file's contents directly (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV). Files attached to a conversation are answered from their full text, without leaving anything out.
"Organize," "gather," and "rename" work from the chat too. Enaga shows exactly what will move where before doing anything — you confirm first, nothing is overwritten, and you can always undo.

v0.2.4 Smoother setup July 2026

If preparing the AI engine or a model fails, Enaga retries and recovers automatically, and shows what to do based on the cause.
Setup now shows how much is left to download and a sense of how long it will take.
Answers lead with the conclusion first — easy to grasp even when long.

Now available on Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit). Import documents, get cited answers, and create meeting minutes from audio — all on your own PC.
More natural help with general questions, thinking things through, and drafting text or code.
